Gen Lit Podcast Store Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Gen Lit Podcast! We strive to ensure that every item you receive meets your expectations. Please read our return and refund policy below to understand our process.

1. Returns and Exchanges
At the Gen Lit Podcast Store, we work with vendors to create and distribute our unique, print-on-demand merchandise. This means that all products are custom-made for you upon order. Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Email us at genlitpodcast@gmail.com and include a clear photo of the issue. We will review your request and offer a free reprint or a refund as appropriate.

3. Unsuccessful Deliveries
To ensure successful delivery, please double-check your address before placing your order. The address you provide must be accurate and recognized by USPS. If an issue arises due to an incorrect address, we may offer to either reorder with an additional charge or receive a partial refund. It is crucial to verify your shipping address to avoid delivery complications.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. If your billing currency is not USD, refunds will be returned directly to the original payment source.

5. Issues with Multiple Products
If you encounter issues with multiple products that use the same design, please email us at genlitpodcast@gmail.com and provide an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for verification.
