Once you place your order, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. This processing time includes the production of your customized items and preparing them for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your shipping destination. The shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Double-check your address to ensure it is correct and recognized by USPS.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the USPS website.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are unable to process international orders at this time.
